This course helps you become an effective Product Owner. Learn how Scrum methodologies can help you manage and grow your product successfully. Focus on how to collaborate effectively with the development team and stakeholders as well as how to validate and deliver new features. At DCM, we deliver this training as an interactive workshop using group exercises and simulations.
Google Trends show that Scrum is more popular than PRINCE2® and PMP® in the US and the UK. Scrum’s principal strength is that it is simpler to understand and follow than most other methods – almost naively simple.

As a member you will have access to expert blogs and other scrum resources.
The Professional Scrum Product Owner level 1 (PSPO I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their fundamental knowledge of the Scrum framework and its ability to support value creation and delivery. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PSPO I Certification to indicate their mastery of the content.
Taking a course is not required. While taking a Professional Scrum Product Owner course is highly recommended, if you feel you already possess a high level of knowledge, you have the option to take the PSPO I assessment directly. The PSPO I assessment is grounded in the Professional Scrum Product Owner subject areas. The assessment is exhaustive and rigorous. Many questions ask the test-taker to think about or interpret the meaning from the Scrum Guide and/or to apply content from the PSPO subject areas. Or, in some cases, apply their own experience.
If you pass the PSPO I assessment you will receive the industry-recognized "PSPO I" certification, along with a PSPO I logo that you can use to identify your achievement. In addition, your name will be listed on Scrum.org.
Unlike other Scrum certifications that require only class attendance, Scrum.org certification requires a minimum score on an online assessment. This gives Scrum.org certification teeth and ensures that it has true value in the marketplace.
