Job summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with the migration of content from our existing Learning Management System (LMS) to a new platform. No prior knowledge of LMS systems is required, but strong computer skills are essential. This role involves transferring course materials, documents, and other content accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate course content, quizzes, resources, and other data from the old LMS to the new system.
- Ensure all content is uploaded correctly and functioning as expected.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the migration process runs smoothly.
- Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies in the migration.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks related to the migration.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong computer skills and experience with common software tools.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills for working with team members and reporting progress.
- Previous experience with administrative or data entry tasks is a plus but not required.
Project Timeline: The project is expected to take approximately one month, but completion could be earlier or later depending on workflow efficiency.
