This ISO 9001 IRCA QMS Lead Auditor Training Course trains delegates in the essential principles and practices of leading a Quality Management System (QMS) audit in line with the guidelines laid out by the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The intensive 5-day programme will provide participants with solid auditing skills and techniques, combining lectures with a range of practical exercises - including case studies and role plays - to provide a comprehensive understanding of the quality audit process in real life scenarios. In addition, it covers effective techniques for communicating the findings of the audit to company management.
