The aim of this short bitesize session is to provide you with an overview of the key coaching models used in management. During the session, we will look at the role of a coach, how to structure the relationship with the coachee, including the setting up of one-to-one sessions and getting agreement on future actions.
During the session, learners will explore their individual coaching/mentoring style and identify key areas to work on to develop their abilities.
