Bullying can be direct or indirect and can include verbal, physical or cyberbullying. Regardless of the method, bullying and harassment must not be tolerated in or outside the workplace. Employers, leaders and HR each have an obligation and play a vital role in eliminating this threat to others' physical and mental well-being.
Everyone has a right to work in an environment free from harassment of any kind. Disagreements and conflict are normal at work. Intimidation and aggression are not. In this course, learn the baseline policy each organisation must adopt and a plan of action should an event or complaint be made.
