This session takes a deep dive into everything that makes sprint planning effective, including having a strong definition of done, how to use velocity and capacity to your advantage, and how to deal with impediments. A very high-level plan for multiple Sprints is created during Release planning. It is a guideline that reflects expectations about which features will be implemented and when they are completed.
During this session, you will learn the terminology behind release & sprint planning, Minimum Viable Features, Releases, Costing and Planning Scrum Projects.
