Overview
As part of this session, you will learn, 2 different types of interviews, and what sets them apart. One type is a competency-based interview, and the other type of interview style is a Behavioural Indicator interview.
The main difference is in the questions you ask, behavioural interview questions are asked to understand the way a candidate works whilst, competency interview questions are asked to assess the specific skills and knowledge a candidate possesses.
