Often referred to as a “Fishbone Diagram “ or a “Cause & Effect Diagram “. An Ishikawa diagram is a diagram that shows the causes of an event and is often used in manufacturing, product development or in process investigation to outline the different steps in a process. It demonstrates where quality control issues might arise and determine which resources are required at specific times.
In addition, a tool used in the process of creating the Ishikawa diagram is the 5W's. In this course, lead by our expert trainer learn how to develop and build an Ishikawa diagram using the 5W's and how to identify key areas for improvement.
