Quality Management not only applies to the product that a project may deliver but also to the methods, process and tasks used to deliver. The project quality systems, plans and procedures should be reviewed regularly to ensure all lessons learned, suggestions and discoveries from audits are taken into account to continuously improve the project quality management processes and procedures.
