Andrew Gibson, Senior Training Consultant
Andrew is an accomplished training consultant with a practical and thought-provoking approach, yet he is entertaining and engaging. Through industry experience, he has acquired the knowledge and skills of successful management and recruitment and knows how to impart them to others. He has worked in training and development for over 15 years, helping people and organisations of all sizes and sectors achieve their goals.
Damian McCourt, Senior Training Consultant
Damian is a business professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial and IT service sectors and is a highly experienced coach and consultant. With his background as a Project Manager in some of Ireland's leading companies, Damian has vast experience leading projects in a fast-paced business environment.
Padraig McCabe, Senior Training Consultant
Padraig is a trainer, entrepreneur, company owner and business development engineer with 31 years of global business experience across various industries. He has delivered lean six sigma training and workshops to personnel and organisations in China, Hong Kong, India, the UK, Scandinavia, Central Europe and to companies in 32 of the 50 USA states.
Ruth Caffrey, eLearning Project Manager
Ruth's role is to coordinate the production teams (AV, Training Development, Instructional Design and Content Specialists), to create interactive content and develop assessments and other media that meet our learners requirements.
