About This Course
Unlike Mentoring and Counselling, Coaching focuses on helping the Coachee to take responsibility for identifying their own goals, assessing their own strengths and areas for development and identifying their own solutions for moving forwards, which is the main focus of this training programme.
Acting as a Mentor, you would be sharing information about your own career path and guiding your Mentee along the same path. Whereas Counselling is to act as a confidant to individuals experiencing personal difficulties.
