You Belong Mini-Programme

This mini-programme is developed to deliver Dignity & Respect training to employees in the Workplace aimed at effectively raising awareness and knowledge surrounding the acceptance of others, creating a safe space and a sense of belonging for all.

This programme will explore dignity & respect, bullying & harassment, and Diversity & Inclusion training through an interactive learning format. With this mini-programme organisations have the ability to demonstrate their commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
