Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in your area of study.
- Qualification in Training and Development.
- Teaching experience in Further Education.
- A minimum of 5+ years of practical work experience
- Strong knowledge of QQI course standards, assessment criteria and programme requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and customise training programs to meet the specific needs of different clients across various industries.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions in both face-to-face classroom settings and through digital formats.
- Assessment and Adaptation: Continuously assess trainee progress and adapt training strategies to maximise learning outcomes and meet training objectives.
- Collaboration and Needs Analysis: Work closely with teams to identify training needs and gaps, contributing to the continuous improvement of training content and methodologies.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the training curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
- Client Engagement: Deliver both scheduled open courses and tailored in-house training, fostering strong relationships with a diverse client base.
