A 50% deposit of the course fee is required to make a provisional booking on a DCM Learning course. No booking is confirmed until the course fee has been paid in full. Where an employer is paying the Course Fee, a valid Purchase Order (if your organisation has been approved for credit by us) is also acceptable to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No certificates of attendance and/or course completion certificates will be issued until the Course Fee has been paid in full.
Cancellations, Transfer and No-Shows (Delegate):
If a delegate wishes to cancel their booking up to 30 days before the course start date they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee. If a delegate cancels their booking within 30 days of the course start date there will be no refund.
If a delegate would like to transfer to alternative dates they must give a minimum of 30 days notice. Each delegate is entitled to a single transfer at no extra cost. Any further transfers will result in a loss of any Course Fees paid.
If a delegate fails to attend the course they have booked or they decide not to complete the course in full no refund will be made.
