Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the course fee is required to make a provisional booking on a DCM Learning course. No booking is confirmed until the course fee has been paid in full. Where an employer is paying the Course Fee, a valid Purchase Order (if your organisation has been approved for credit by us) is also acceptable to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No certificates of attendance and/or course completion certificates will be issued until the Course Fee has been paid in full.
Cancellations, Transfer and No-Shows (Delegate):
If a delegate wishes to cancel their booking up to 30 days before the course start date they will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee. If a delegate cancels their booking within 30 days of the course start date there will be no refund.
If a delegate would like to transfer to alternative dates they must give a minimum of 30 days notice. Each delegate is entitled to a single transfer at no extra cost. Any further transfers will result in a loss of any Course Fees paid.
If a delegate fails to attend the course they have booked or they decide not to complete the course in full no refund will be made.
Course Cancellations & Rescheduling:
DCM Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses and/or venues at its absolute discretion.
Where a course is cancelled DCM Learning will endeavour to give a minimum of 7 days notice of a course cancellation and delegates will be offered a full refund/the option to transfer their place to the next available course dates.
Where a course is rescheduled DCM Learning will endeavour to give a minimum of 7 days notice and delegates will be contacted immediately with information about the next available course dates.
DCM Learning will not be liable for any incidental costs incurred by you as a result of a course cancellation or rescheduling. It is your responsibility to ensure that any accommodation or travel costs are refundable if the course is cancelled or rescheduled.

By making a Provisional Booking, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to all current and future course bookings you make, and courses you attend. This incorporates both public courses and private, in-company training.
We reserve the right to change and update our Terms and Conditions at any stage.
It is your responsibility to read the updated Terms and Conditions before you make a Provisional Booking.
