We are looking for a Training Director to design and oversee all learning and development programs.
As a learning and development manager, you will be part of an HR Team responsible for developing strategies and plans to deliver innovative and best-practice organisational capability solutions to our clients, contributing to delivering our business strategy.
To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience organising training and designing the educational curriculum.
The Role
- Design instructor-led and e-learning training programmes
- Work with national and international certification bodies to approve DCM courses
- Build and maintain the appropriate levels of relationship with partners to maintain excellent service levels and performance results
- Develop appropriate metrics that evaluate and report on the impact of organisational development and learning programs
- Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources
- Work closely with our external training panel on the delivery of effective training programmes
- Evaluate the results of learning courses for our clients
- Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning
- Lead & manage internal trainers across the group to ensure a collaborative approach
- Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)
Requirements
- Work experience as a training director, training manager or similar role
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
- Experience organising training activities in a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- People management experience
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organisational Psychology or relevant field
