The Role: Learning Services Advisor (Client Success & Account Development)
◉ Act as first point of contact for new and existing clients by phone and email
◉ Provide a friendly and efficient service that encourages repeat business
◉ Manage bookings and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
◉ Record all enquiries and bookings accurately in company systems
◉ Offer consultative support by identifying clients’ training needs
◉ Prepare client proposals with course outlines, availability, and costs
◉ Ensure accurate pricing and documentation prior to booking
◉ Proactively develop accounts: nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and expand training uptake across teams
◉ Build and maintain a simple pipeline; follow up on leads and proposals to close business
◉ Meet activity/quality KPIs (e.g., response times, follow-ups) and contribute to monthly revenue goals
◉ Collaborate with marketing and colleagues to progress campaigns and convert enquiries
◉ Manage customer expectations and deliver against SLAs
◉ Issue client satisfaction forms, coordinate feedback, and use insights to improve and upsell relevant courses
◉ Support external training requests from enquiry to evaluation
◉ Chase client payments when required
◉ Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve systems and processes
Requirements
◉ Minimum 1 year’s experience in an office environment
◉ Prior customer service or administrative experience an advantage
◉ Excellent IT skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
◉ Strong attention to detail with excellent written English
◉ Methodical and thorough approach to tasks
◉ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
◉ A confident, pleasant telephone manner
◉ Exceptional communication and customer service skills
◉ Great team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
◉ Commercial awareness and comfort discussing value and pricing
◉ Goal/target orientation with resilience and consistent follow-through
Education & Experience
◉ A relevant post-Leaving Cert qualification is beneficial
◉ Experience using CRM or booking systems is advantageous
◉ Background in customer service, administration, or a similar role
◉ Experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales is a plus
