The Role: Membership Manager
◉ Drive membership growth through proactive sales and business development activities.
◉ Identify and engage with L&D professionals and teams to understand their needs.
◉ Onboard new members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
◉ Coordinate with event administration to deliver an excellent member experience.
◉ Build and maintain strong partnerships with L&D functions within organisations.
◉ Prepare documentation and reports on sales and membership metrics.
◉ Provide administrative support related to contracts and member accounts.
◉ Act as a main point of contact for new members and partners.
Requirements
◉ 2-3 years’ experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
◉ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
◉ Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
◉ Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
◉ Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
◉ Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking systems.
◉ Experience in the training or L&D industry is highly desirable.
Education & Experience
◉ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
◉ Experience in a role with direct sales or revenue targets.
◉ Interest in developing further skills in sales, business development, or leadership.
