How does the DCM course differ from the other providers?
If another provider is offering a similar QQI accredited course, then there will not be much difference in the material taught during the course. This is because QQI has certain standards & learning outcomes that must be met in order to meet their guidelines.
The real difference between our courses & other providers lies in the way we deliver our courses. We don't deliver our courses like a lecture. We encourage group discussion & implement various exercises to ensure our learners stay engaged & can put the theory learned into practice.
Another thing to keep in mind is while the course is certified and there is certain material that has to be covered, the training is very hands-on. We don't run the training as a lecture. You would be getting very involved during the three days. We design fun, powerful experiences that have a profound and lasting impact on people and their careers, inspiring new ways of thinking, building critical capabilities and unleashing business success.
