What are the benefits of attending the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course?
Our Lean Six Sigma training courses have been designed to help learners enhance and build on their existing skills, boosting performance and productivity. Our approach to training is hands-on and participatory. We know from experience that people remember when the content is engaging.
Immediately you will get your certification in lean and an understanding of the theory and be able to apply skills. But because you will also undertake a project over 6-8 weeks, you will also be able to put those skills into practice and during that period be able to generate savings and improvements for your organisation so over time there will be a benefit of saving. In the long run, you will also see a cultural movement and the positive impact every employee can make by including them in the participation of these changes.
What certification will I receive?
On completion of the course, project and assessment you will receive a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Lean Green Belt for Business. This recognises your understanding of lean to an agreed Green Belt level and certifies you to introduce continuous improvement projects.
It is important to consider your training providers reputation as well as credentials, DCM Learning is fully trusted, awarded and accredited by QQI to deliver Lean courses. This will give you the assurance that DCM provides the highest possible standards in learning.
The Lean Green Belt is a QQI certified course as part of the NFQ ( National Framework of Qualifications) which is not only a nationally recognised certification but can also be transferred to a recognised certification outside of Ireland and the UK.
