The LeanSix Sigma project is one of the main reasons people attend our 5-day course. The project will give you the chance to apply the practical skills of LeanSix Sigma in your workplace and over the past 2 years, the average saving per project has been €58,483.
On completion of the Lean Six Sigma course, you are required to carry out a work-based project. The purpose of this project is to provide an opportunity to relate your learning directly to your current organisation.
It is recommended that you discuss the project with your line manager to explore and agree on how the task could be used to support the needs of your employer (as well as evidencing your learning as part of completing your certification).
Ideally, your project should be relevant to your current or previous work environment and practical work-based examples should be given to support your work.
Your work should show evidence of relevant reading around each topic and your work must be clearly referenced and include a bibliography.
However, If you are not currently working within an organisation, then you may complete this task in relation to an organisation with which you are familiar.
95.2% of our attendees passed the first time around!
At any given time DCM Learning, training providers and support team are on hand to guide you along the way. You will receive feedback and expert advice on your work based individual project.
