Padraig McCabe is a Trainer, Entrepreneur and Business Development Engineer with 31 years of global business experience across various industries. He has delivered training in China, Hong Kong, India, the UK, Scandinavia, Central Europe and to companies in 32 of the 50 USA states.

Padraig's first role after leaving college was working with a computer assembly company based in Swords, Co. Dublin. The business was already heavily involved in the use of Lean principles and processes. “It was a pleasure to work there. There was mutual respect and we understood the nature of internal & external customers, says Padraig. Everyone understood that the processes which were in place were never to interrogate a team members’ performance, but rather to benefit the process and the business overall.
Upon leaving this company after six years, Padraig went to work in the UK where he discovered that “Every organisation has its own version of chaos”. He has been passionate about Lean Six Sigma and its many benefits since. Padraig has spent the past twenty years working with companies, both as an employee and as a Lean trainer, to help them to embrace the culture of Lean and to ensure that they reduce their waste and costs, make savings and improve their overall business performance.
