Why did you choose to do this course?
I wanted to supplement the training I had received in-house with a certification that would be recognised across the industry.

From the first contact, the staff were very professional. I was looking for a tutor who had an experience of working with large organisations, and I wanted somewhere that could facilitate remote training.
How did you find the course?
Our facilitator was excellent, breaking down the course into smaller more easily grasped pieces. Using examples that were easy to relate to and therefore could quickly implement. The content was available after the classes so it allowed further study of the material at your own pace and the facilitator was very open to tutorials or further questions if needs be.
Any advice you would give to new students?
Take your time and don't be afraid to ask a question, there are others thinking the same thing but afraid to ask.
Since completing the course, what have you done or how has your career progressed?
Since completing the course I have been able to reenergise my approach to problem solving, looking at things in new ways and from different angles. It has given me the confidence and additional tools to work with teams around problem solving and implementing solutions to provide value back to the business.
