Why did you choose to do this course?
I was interested to learn about how Lean Sigma tools could be implemented to improve productivity while decreasing costs and ultimately gaining more while reducing the workload, pressure, stress etc. on the staff.

How did you find the course?
Excellent, very interactive easy to follow the content and super lecture. As a result of the course I am now completely driven by the Lean Six Sigma concept.
Any advice you would give to new students?
Go for it.. you will be surprised that the concept and tools can be applied to everything an every department. It is all about working smarter not harder.
Since completing the course, what have you done or how has your career progressed?
I now try to apply Lean Six Sigma to my every day working life, I have helped people in the company understand the concepts and it has already really improved peoples every day roles. We have undertaken some improvement projects via DMAIC and it proved to be very successful. I look forward to improving more processes as well as furthering my own education and experience within Lean Six Sigma.
