Why did you choose to do this course?
I decided to further expand my knowledge of the Lean manufacturing methodology and take up the Six Sigma Green Belt course. I felt that by taking a course like the LSSGB, it would leverage my capabilities into making a difference in my current role at my employer.

How did you find the course?
I found the Six Sigma GB course very interesting and insightful, tools that I could use in my daily life, both personal and in a business setting. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and clear with the points he tried to bring across to the learner. At first the idea of a remote learning experiences seemed daunting, but the facilitator and the whole DCM team made it so easy and was always willing to assist where they could.
Any advice you would give to new students?
Go into the course you planning to do with an open mind and dont be afraid to make mistakes. Do a lot of your own research if need be and always remember to contact your peers if you are unsure about anything.
Since completing the course, what have you done or how has your career progressed?
Since completing this course, I have learnt to look at current process in a totally different way and asking the right questions. The LSSGB course has assisted me to use the correct tools for the task on hand which made a big difference.
