Can the training be split over a number of weeks/months?
The QQI Training Delivery & Evaluation course is delivered over four full days. The course would typically run over four consecutive days but, within reason, we can run the course in a way that suits the needs of your business. From four individual days over a series of weeks to two groups of two days over a number of weeks, our Learning Services Advisors can help find a solution and schedule that works for you.
While there are pros and cons to both the single-day approach and the four consecutive day approach, running the course over four day consecutive days allows your delegates to build on the previous days' learning and we find that this can be very beneficial to their learning.
If your operational needs don’t allow for this or if you simply can’t schedule everyone away from their workspace for four consecutive days, DCM Learning can work with you to find a schedule that works for you. We do recommend when taking this staggered approach that the intervals between training are no more than one week long to make sure the training is most effective.
