Our Training Delivery & Evaluation course can be tailored to all industries and organisations. The beauty of our Training Delivery and Evaluation course is that it is industry agnostic, it’s not specific to any one industry.

We have recently delivered our bespoke & tailored Training Delivery & Evaluation courses to two clients from two very different industries; an aviation recruiter and a mushroom growing company. The aviation recruitment company wanted to focus on delivering online training courses as a lot of their clients are based all over the world. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the mushroom growing company wanted to focus on delivering short, sharp onsite training sessions that would take place in between regular work.
The most important part of the course, especially when delivering the course with a group from a particular organisation or industry, is the skills demonstration. This is a practice training session which your delegates will each complete. We encourage your delegates to focus on their own particular area of delivery. We can then give them appropriate feedback and ensure that your organisation is getting the most benefit possible.
