Our Train the Trainer course will give you the knowledge and skills to be able to share your expertise with your own learners, whether that be with your peers who are already in the industry and are looking to upskill or to budding therapists who are looking to make their passion for beauty into a career.
Once you have successfully completed the four-day training course and the assessments, there are many avenues you can explore to further your career.
ITEC
ITEC, the International Therapy Examination Council, has been in existence since 1947. They provide internationally recognised and accredited certifications in more than 600 accredited centres worldwide. In order to become an ITEC accredited training centre, you must hold a training qualification and be qualified in the areas in which you wish to teach.
CIBTAC
CIBTAC (The Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology) has been producing beauty, complementary & spa therapy graduates of the highest calibre since 1977. We offer a wide range of world-class qualifications, including beauty therapy, spa, complementary and teaching, striving to maintain and develop the highest standards of excellence internationally.
Like ITEC, you must hold a training qualification and be qualified in the areas in which you wish to teach and be approved as an accredited training centre.
BABTAC
BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology) is the sister organisation of CIBTAC and offers accreditation to individual courses rather than training centres under their Short Course Accreditation scheme.
In order to gain accreditation with BABTAC, there are a number of criteria that you must meet:
1. You must be fully qualified in the subject you wish to teach
2. You must have a teaching qualification
3. You need to provide a teaching insurance certification
