The Training Delivery & Evaluation course allows learners to design and deliver training courses across a wide variety of industries. Taking the knowledge & expertise you already have, the course aims to give you the skills to be able to pass on your skills to your learners whether that be by developing and delivering your own training courses or delivering courses on behalf of a separate provider. The course provides information on various training models, the most effective ways to evaluate your courses and also helps you to find your own style as a trainer.
The Training Needs Identification & Design component of the course is aimed more at those working in a Learning & Development or HR role. It gives participants the skills to successfully conduct a training needs analysis and to develop training plans based on this analysis.
Both of these courses result in a stand-alone level 6 minor award. If you complete both modules, you will receive a Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training & Development.
Most of the ETB's & VEC's only require the first component, Training Delivery & Evaluation, in order to deliver their courses.
