Complaints
DCM strives at all times to provide excellent and efficient, high-quality service to its clients and learners. However, in recognition that errors or exceptions can occur, DCM is fully committed to ensuring that all complaints are fully considered and resolved in a sympathetic, timely, fair, consistent and equitable manner.
We would ideally endeavour to resolve the complaint quickly and directly. This could be by way of apology or explanation, and immediate action is taken to resolve the problem. Where possible, it is recommended that complaints are raised with the appropriate staff member, trainer or company representative in person, over the phone or via email.

We will endeavour to resolve any mistakes or misunderstandings immediately. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will ask that you submit your complaint to us in writing using the complaint form below.
To ensure that we can investigate your complaint fully, please include the following information:
- Your Name, Phone & Email Address
- The exact nature of your complaint
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
