On this course, we take a 'strategic management' perspective. That is to say, we look at the long term goals your organisation has. As well as getting a refresher on the key financial statements – particularly the balance sheet and the profit and loss account, we go further.

We'll also explore the ways in which some directors can manipulate and obscure the truth by clever use of capitalisation, write-offs and selective profit figures.
